The portal interface presents the following functionalities:

• Create Account
• Login
• Civil status services
• General information
  • Add request

ACCOUNT CREATION

To create the account, it is necessary to have a valid email address

1. From the portal menu, access the "CONNECT" option.
2. In the "CONNECT" window, press the "CREATE ACCOUNT" button.
3. In the account creation page, fill in the form with your personal data and press the "SAVE" button.

CIVIL STATUS SERVICES

Publication of the declaration of marriage

1. Access the "MARRIAGE PUBLICATION" page.
2. The Territorial Administrative Unit is selected.
3. The "LIST" button is pressed.

CIVIL STATUS SERVICES

Electronic services: MY REQUESTS

1. The "ELECTRONIC SERVICES" button is accessed.
2. The desired service is selected.
3. Fill in the filters: Status, Date of registration, name and surname of the declarant.
4. Press the "SEARCH" button.
